Dr. Ulrike Künzel

I studied biochemistry at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, where I have worked on intramembrane aspartyl proteases during my Master’s project. I joined the Freeman lab in October 2013 for my PhD project and was awarded a Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds PhD fellowship to study the function of mammalian iRhoms.
